Sunny Days Ahead

The 5 day forecast shows nothing but sun during the day and clear starry skies at night. The high's for the week will be in the low to mid 60's during the day and dipping down to the low 40's at night. Have a fabulous sunshine filled week!

Saturday

Today the high is expected to reach 57 degrees, with a low tonight of 36. The temperatures are warming up and this means there will be a lot of snow melt in the upcoming week. Spring!

The high today will be 40 with a low tonight of 25. There is 15km of freshly groomed trails, with an average base of 15".Please call the lodge if you have any questions! :)

Dark Clouds

This morning we have a 70% chance of snow. Most likely it will be around 1 or 2", and the sky is already starting to show signs of the possibility. There are about 15km of trails freshly groomed, with a depth ranging from 12-22". The temperature is currently 29 and the low tonight will be around 27. The road is open to the lodge.

Revive

Today is a great day to revive here at Montecito. The fire in the lodge is crackling, and snow has freshly covered about 20 km of cross-country ski trails.The high will be 36 with a low of 27 tonight. Escorts to the lodge are still required,so please call the lodge for times.

SNOW!!

Last night we received around 13" of fresh beautiful white snow. The snow is still falling at a steady pace with perfect snowflakes. Today the expected accumulation is between 2-6". Access to the lodge is by escort only, you will need to call the lodge for an escort time. Thank you!

Sunshine on my shoulder...

Today will be sunny and cloud free with a high of about 60. Tonight will be getting colder with clouds moving in and a low of 28. Saturday

Today will be a little warmer then yesterday with a high of 40. About 15km of trails have been freshly groomed. Some trails are patchy but are alright for skiing. Please call the lodge with any questions you may have.

Chilly

Today the high will be 30 with a low of 12. There is quite a bit of wind blowing through the forest this morning but it is expected to slow down by the afternoon. The snow has turned into ice around the camp so snowboarding and cross country ski conditions are not suggested, although snowshoeing and tubing are still fine.
